Our commitment begins with highly qualified personnel that we assign to your project. Because each project is unique and each client their own individual needs, our professional staff specialize in a wide variety of services for a large assortment of building types.

The following are services that we can provide in different phases of a development:

  • Conceptual Estimating – Conceptual estimating is the process of establishing an outline project cost, often before any detail has been developed. We put together the estimate from available plans and the project manual or narrative, not just square footage costings. This estimate is used to reaffirm the budget and could provide the rough order of magnitude in design adjustments.
  • Design Development Estimating – This process is used to verify that the project budget is being maintained and t reflect cost implications of any modifications or other impacts on the project.
  • Construction Document Estimating –  Construction document or detailed estimating is the result of a process whereby the resultant cost of a proposed construction project is predicted from completed plans and specifications. The estimate is prepared by breaking down items of work in an orderly and logical fashion
  • Change Order Estimating -In the event that a change is required, we prepare a detailed estimate f its impact on the project’s cost. This estimate would consider the stage of construction, any offsetting deletions and the most economical method to incorporate the change int the construction process.
  • Estimate Review and Analysis – When estimates are prepared by third parties (whether design firms, vendors or public utilities). CMEQS will evaluate the estimate’s scope, quantities and pricing to ensure consistency with the overal project scope, criteria, budget and current market prices.
